Layman, Leon and Lacan
Course: Sex, Death & the Occult
starts saturday October 9th 2024
A Six-Week Autumn Magic Course and Collective Ritual
w/ Layman Pascal & Rachel Hayden
What is the occult? And how can a deeper understanding of its theory and practices help us to grow in power and wisdom? Individually we need to become more complex (and simpler), wealthier in every sense, and infused with a greater force of intention in all aspects of our lives. Collectively, we need to enhance the well-being of those we love and also spread new ideas, patterns, and moods into a planetary civilization that is wavering between implosion and transformation. Real growth requires more than just aspiration and meditation. We must contact, unfold and empower hidden parts of ourselves. We need to get better at “magic.” More infos here: https://www.parallax-media.com/courses/sexdeathoccult

Course: Value Is Real: Why Saying This Clearly May Save Civilization [And Our Souls] - (With Marc Gafni And Zak Stein)
SATURDAYS SEPTEMBER 7/14/21/28 2024
In this course, Gafni and Stein deepen the themes raised in First Principles and First Values. The Eye of Value is contrasted with the Eye-of-Anti-Value, and the topics of anthro-ontology, story, and value are explored in depth. Marc and Zak will engage participants in a series of dialogues at the edges of human knowledge, where there is a dance between the languages of science and the sacred, and between the lineages of ancient wisdom and our living memory of the future.
Course: In Search of Unconditional Love - With Guy Ferré: The Lee Lozowick No Bullshit Path Of Transformation
SATURDAYS SEPTEMBER 14/21/28-2024
In this three-week introductory course, we will explore the foundations of an authentic path, addressing both the hindrances and the beauties along the way. We will also discuss the importance of having a living human teacher to help our hearts expand.
Ultimately, only we can know the depth of our yearning for an authentic inner life. So, where do our priorities lie? The Universe, God, or Truth has no choice but to respond to this sacred need.
Course: Gurdjieff’s Christianity (With Luke Behncke)
SATURDAYS OCTOBER 5/12/19 2024
In this course it is hoped that you will develop a deeper understanding of the history and teachings of the Fourth Way and its critical relationship to Christianity on Gurdjieff’s own terms, free from the superficial and often agenda-driven interpretations of post-modern or meta-modern intellectuals and celebrity philosophers. The critical questions to be explored concerning the spiritual evolution of human life, both collectively and personally, as Gurdjieff saw it, stretching from the deep past to beyond the reach of the distant future, may offer a different perspective on your own life and its possibilities.
