In the words of David J Temple, “The collapse of value at the heart of global culture is the root cause of proliferating Global Catastrophic and Existential Risks making up the Metacrisis.”
What first principles and first values can we discover in these dangerous times? What timeless and what new narratives are called for?

Course: Gurdjieff’s The Hard Way Part 2 - with Luke Behncke
The Hard Way of the Parallax Academy is participating in an experiment concerning the ability to develop a conscious, collected and collective relationship through the digital medium of the internet. That is, to work towards a conscious, individual experience of a different form of collective relationship through proven practices that, mediated by digital technology, allow a special quality of collected transmission at the speed of consciousness.
Its work is facilitated through the system of transformation brought by G.I.Gurdjieff - the “Hard Way”. For it was Gurdjieff who anticipated the need for such a development through future forms of media that could communicate, directly, with intelligences that help guide the evolution of life, and human life in particular.
